Free tracked shipping on every order
Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value.
When will my order arrive?
- Processing: 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- Delivery: usually 3–5 business days after shipping.
Delivery times are estimates. Weather or carrier delays can occasionally extend them a little.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow your order on our Track my order page.
Ordering several items?
Items may be sent in separate parcels from different warehouses and arrive on different days. All items arrive within the delivery times above.
Your delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels that don't arrive because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible at support@mabels-comfort.com. Once your order is being prepared we can no longer change it, but you can always send it back under our 90-night guarantee.
